I have a requirement to produce a site using VCM / VAP 7.3 and DPM that has several languages, and I wondered what approach forum members have used to achieve this.

The current plan, in terms of VCM structure is to have parallel content within each channel, so if we support 3 languages, each channel would have three sets of content items.

As far as VAP / DPM is concerned, not sure if we can do this "out of the box" or whether extra development and customisation would be involved. I understand VAP supports PZN, surely localisation should work in a similar way with each users preferred locale stored in their profile, and then content portlets / regions picking that up and querying on that channel and locale.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
