 Vignette Corporation announced preliminary results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2008. Preliminary results indicate first-quarter revenue is expected to be in the range of $44 to $45 million with license revenue for the quarter to be approximately 21% to 23% of total revenue. First-quarter GAAP net income is expected to be between $(0.03) and $0.01 per share on a fully diluted basis. Vignette expects first-quarter non-GAAP net income to be between $0.07 and $0.11 per share on a fully diluted basis.
